Yea camp was fun! It was my 1st time being a counslor and I did really bad~~... Considering the situation ( There was 2 co-counslor, me and Arthur. I was out for a while and knew shit and Arther isn't catholic/christian (It's a Cahtolic summer camp) we did pretty well in finishing in last place xP. It's been crazy since I came back to Cali. There was so much I missed that I remeber hating (the traffic, the beutiful smog line in LA, etc) Oh well~ I'm back home I really can't complain. (Except the fact I burned so much gas taking people to eat In N Out) Me and my friends finally found an apartment in Chula Vista. It's better than what I expect for my 1st apartment. I expect on a Fireman's sallery it would be 3 people in a 1 bed room apartment in the most ghetto neighborhood, with crates as out chair, deck, coffee table, basicly our funiture. But for the suprising price of 896 a month (ex utilites) we found a 2 bedroom apartment in a rich ghetto area. It turns out crap isn't as expensive in Cali as I thought I would be, be we're going to pimp out place out till our credit cards max out. (j/k but we are going to make it look decent). Also soon I'll upload pictures online of my trip so you can see all the fun drunk pictures~

I'm back in cali. The trip around the horn was awsome. I wont write it in here cause it will take too long and im lazy like that. Just ask me and ill tell you.  But a general brief about S America. 2 out of the 3 south American ports hate the US ( I determened this because in Peru and Chile the first thing I saw was people giving us the bird and in Brazil, I saw a girl flashing us from a boat. You can live like a king in S America (usally the exchange rate is 3:1 US dollar except in Chille where it is 650:1 US Dollar!!! Anyways to keep this entry short I'll end it with this:

Wow it finally strucked me. For some reason I got really homesick... I don't know if its because; I havn't came home for 6 months, I been in such a depressing place for 4 months (the Shipyards), the people on the east coast suck (It is illigal to curse in Virginia Beach and its a $150 fine (No really...)) or just not seeing people at home for such a long time... I dunno. Oh well a I'll be home after S America.

Apparently South America has a huge drugwar going on right now and I'm going in there. Why are we going in? Not to stop the drugs, or bring peace and stability back to the waring nation... but to show off the ship :P. I kind of worries me because every port we hit, we will have a command safe an confert check. What that is the Executive Officer (2nd guy in charge) will have everyone's locker searched for drugs, guns, knives, prostitutes, etc. It's kind of logical to do so because we are going into the drug capitol of the world so some people on the ship may try to smuggle a killo of something.

While on the topic of health and confert... Last week someone on the ship got their labtop stolen. After 2 day of searching his department, he decied to go on the quater deck in his dress uniform whith a sign that read " Honor, Courage, Comentment!" Alot of articles have been stolen on this ship. Please return then to their rightful owner. My labtop blah bllah blah blah I LEFT IT OUT blah blah blah I WENT TO BED blah blah and it was gone" In my opinion it was his fault for leaving it out. (He probably though after bootcamp everyone is brainwashed to believe how it should be when in reality if the person is a dooshbag, he will go back to being him/her self within 5 months) but it is messed up if someone has so much trust the people he's around, he find his trust gone in a mear seconds (2 Navy's motto. 1) Get there fast as you can, and wait 2)I will trust my shipmate with my life in combat, but I sure as hell will trust them with my shit) Long story short he stood at attention with the sign for 48 hours strait (oh course he did take craps, ate, etc when he had too) I guess the Executive Officer felt sorry for him so he held a Command safe and confert search. So far they havn't found his labtop, but they did find a shit load of vikedins in various lockers... (kind of scares me)
